I trade Forex Futures ( CME IMM)
I am using MetaStock but want to switch to E signal because the windows are much much faster at the 5 MIN level.
My method is simple.
I have 15 Min stochs & mov av. overlayed on the 5 MIN chart.
I fade the entry using the realationship between the 5 & 15
and if it does not build within 3 periods ( 15 mins) I bale out.
Losses are minimal, occassionaly I sweat out 10 - 15 pts as the price struggles around the turning point, but if I do not like the trade I can normally exit at breakeven or better.
Is it possible to write efs for a 15 Min stoch etc for a 5 Min chart?
The Metastock code is simple ...
" If minute =0 or min=15 or min =30 or min=45, then plot
stoch(4)" ... or whatever you want.
