Can anyone recommend magazines similar to Trader Monthly ?

too bad Trader Monthly was a victim of the crisis, I always enjoyed browsing through that as unlike most other trading magazines it didn't focus on geeky setups or seminars haha.

TM didn't need that, because TM targeted real traders that traded for a living, that's what I liked about it, bit of interesting industry info - who made how much - plus lifestyle, not a bad combo for a Sunday at all.

So I'm afraid unless they get revived there really isn't an alternative.

Hey BSD, agree with your insight totally! Even though some parts of the mag was a bit too much (pictures of the armpit sweaty traders at TM events and wine tastings or the car reviews (leave that to Top Gear)), it was still very enjoyable to read about the trades, traders and the gossip surrounding this great industry.
Good point about the geekiness of the other industry mags, once settled in to trading, you want to stay objective and not read too much about other peoples subjective charts or commentary; although one has to evolve, there's very little of importance in those magazines when it comes optimizing your own game plan.

Trader Monthly - Please come back! I miss your noveau riche one of a kind mag!

Btw, I studied in Helsinki (in English, mind ;-)) and popped over to Stockholm on the Silja line manymanymany times, not just beautiful, but also incredible party locations, both Stockholm and Helsinki.

I get stuck up a Swede most nights. Mines from Karlskrona in the South. Born
there but been in the UK for some time now.

Still the Stockhold birds do have that certain something......:cheesy:

too bad trader monthly went down, i was plannnig to be on the front page in cuple years or less, maybe buy them out 2 bring them back
