Tradestation help...

Hi Guys ..can anyone help?
I have an IB platform which I run Tradestation 9.5 alongside this has worked well for the past 9 months or so however an issue has arisen,
Tradstation opens up but not the logon window?
the logon box just doesn’t appear, I have run antivirus sweeps, Malwarebytes run the Tradestation repair option, reinstalled a fresh T/s package on 2 pc’s changed the antivirus suite on one pc uninstalled office as I though an upgrade may have caused the issue…it didn’t make any difference, I have contacted T/s support but so far no solution so, I find it bizarre so wondered perhaps someone out there might offer a solution alternatively recommend another platform that I can run easy language package on ?

Then it is highly likely to be an issue with Tradestation itself in my view and so I would keep on at their support for an answer.

Thanks Paul, I somehow think its a wrong setting / configuration somewhere, I cant figure it out though

The fact that the logon box is not appearing is why (in my view) it is something to do with Tradestation itself.
