Yes, I have. They are fine by me. Open a futures account with TRANSACT at Lionsfutures and you can get a lite version of TradeMaven free without paying the monthly fee. At least they used to offer that.

I am working my way through the videos and the downloaded TM and so far I like what I see.
I am looking to open with E Local ( TRANSACT)
 
i use trademaven with www.ecnbroker.com i trade the dax and bund and the platform is very fast!
I used before Jtrade but it is better trademave. I pay for dax 1.70 euro for side and i am happy with service.
 
My Trademaven screen froze. An order was stuck. Robin from Trademaven (AT FIRST) agreed w/ me that said I was in a flat position. Transact says I am in a long position and Im responsible for it?! Minutes later Robin says "what do you want to do, I guess your long here"? WHAT??? I tell them to flatten immediately, cuz my screen says flat. They do so. I log off, my screen says I have active orders.. Robin says its OK, log off anyway, it will be fine. I log back on... my screen says Im in a short position now.!!! Im stressed beyond belief at this point. Transact says otherwise, that Im flat. Not knowing what to do, I flatten the short, cuz Robin didnt know what to do either. Log off and back on again... my screen says Im flat. Several minutes later after being on hold, Transact says Im long?!?!?! Could NOT believe this. All I wanted was to do was go flat after my first trade of the day. I emailed them for weeks concerning bad data on their charts...(an unrelated problem). They said "they're fixing it". Well, it still happens. Anyway, after 2 hours on a conference call, they said they'll call back right away. That was 3 days ago. Robin from Trademaven claims Im responsible for the trades on their faulty software. UNBELIEVABLE. She didnt even know after 2 hours what the problem was or whether or not I was in a trade!!! Long story short... My screen was showing opposite of actual account. NEVER had anything like this happen. I emailed Tradmaven, Transact, Greenstreet. NONE have responded to my emails. Funny how they call me back in 5 minutes when trying to get me as a customer. When something goes wrong, they leave you hanging.
 
Anyone have any updated experience on trademaven?

Just curious to see if anyone else has any experiences with trademaven....or any trade-from-the-chart software. Give specifics whenever possible.
 
TradeMaven Software......

I currently use the software. I have had problems with the synthetic orders. My sythetic orders were being entered twice, in effect reversing my position without me knowing it. TradeMaven has yet to get back to me on their responsibility on this issue. This problem only happens with synthetic orders with I no longer use with their software.

The software is also unstable at times, it will lock up during a trade execution ocasionally. I to have had problems with trade desk. Their have been times that I have called to flattened and they have difficulty finding my positions.

I will say that I do like the platform but with these current problems I would recommend taken precautions to protect your trades and verify all positions.
