David Drumm was 3,000 miles from Dublin today, appearing in a courtroom in Boston to ask a US judge to back his application for voluntary bankruptcy.The former chief executive of Anglo Irish Bank – the most "toxic" of all the troubled Irish Banks – Drumm owes his former employers €8.5m (£7.2m).
