The legality of investing other peoples money

In theory

I setup a UK LTD company
I open up shop tomorrow, with 20 other people (all unqualified) trading forex with the companies money.
Then
Multiple investors give us their cash to trade.

What laws, regulations etc do I need to abide by with regard to the investors cash?
