The job of trader in 20 years

Hey guys,
I'm very interested in the job of trader but I was wondering about the future of this job...
Do you think programs(bots) will eventually replace humans in the job of trader as they don't have any emotion,fear,etc...

And please if you respond, I'd like solid arguments and not something like " no it's impossible ".

Well, new technologies appear to have put an end to the glory days of the floor trader ( or so some old floor traders have told me), but as far as trading for your own account, what does it matter if a trend or range is the product of computers instead of pit traders?

An economy where speculation is simply no longer possible would be catastrophic and you'd probably have much bigger concerns.

It will still have a future, the computers need to be programmed and above all need to be own by somebody......possibly the tendence will shift even more to automated trading than real trading, but there always be somebody controlling the machines.
