The best and low cost data vendor cover commodities & forex?

I m a user of futuresource workstation a product of interactive data.
I'm very satisfy by the features but the cost of subscription is 200/250 Euro without exhanges fees.
So i would like to know if there are Data vendors with realtime quotes, news, charts and DDE features with low cst subscription.

Fidessa still do it, I think. Costs seemed OK, but it was a while back.
