Couple of pointers from one who knows the game.

1. If you're not offering top dollar for your talent, you won't get top dollar talent.

2. If you have profitable trading strategies, why aren't you offering top dollar?

And a final remark, this really, really isn't the way it's done. You must be a 'name' to attract the talent. They will be seeking you out, not you them. For you to hit this site with what is, I'm sorry to say, a rather poor pitch, is the mark of a rather amateur outfit. I don't say this to chide you, but to enable you to perhaps take a good hard look at what you have, what you want and how you can sensibly bridge that gap.

If you haven't got spare local jobber coders, friends, friends of friends that are impressed with the potential to work with you for start-up buy-in rates now, then casting your net wider gives all the wrong (though possibly correct) signals.
