swing trading[most volatile]

hello people started trading in shares last week with £20000 and i am currently £300 in profit.
i was wondering if anyone had any tips on any volatile but fairly safe stocks on the LSE.
i figure these companies would be ideal to lock in good profits.

I only trade FTSE 100 stocks and find the following stocks are happy to pay my bills.

RBS, AZN, GSK, HBOS, BARC, LLOY, BSY, WPP, BP and AV.
