Stock Market sell off coming late Aug. or in Sep.

I have a high due on 15 Oct. Maybe we're in sync.

My SP price high was due about Oct. 12, but now, it looks like that's done for. More downside till about Oct. 21

Stock Market Up Move for December 2019

Cycles show an up move in stocks for most of the month of December, 2019. This is not supposed to be possible as the market is random, right? If the haters want to spew their hate before Dec., go ahead. If my cycles don't work out, then hate away.

JP Morgan says don't buy stocks until September. I would say don't buy until November.
