SPX -- I normally look @ 2TD back -- today being Monday -- looking @ Thursday October 30th data and ALSO ...being a MONDAY -- looking @ PREVIOUS Monday October 27th data (& calculations)
having a calendar with ALL the daily data written in with your own handwriting...helps see once the OPEN is revealed...that most likely the 2 TD back scenario is in play...and NORMALLY look at a 62 spread once the DAY HIGH hits. hard to articulate... one plays "safe" and goes for the 6800 puts... and today's low & high is as follows:
