Hi. I found Sogo Trade. It seams that's a Chinese broker but it's cheep like China as well.
I wonder if somebody haveing som words about Sogo Trade. It's the only broker i found that gives 100 free trades and then 25 extra when you refer someone and after these 100 you will only pay $3 per trade/ unlimited shared. But you can upgrade to premium account and get $1.5 per trade/ unlimited shared for just $10 a month.
It's sounds good to me.
