Do you mean Spiriton Media? If you do then its a scam, though so is any cold call selling shares.

Spiriton is a long running scam. The company was wound up by the High Court a couple of years ago. Lots of people lost their money, never buy shares from these criminals that call you up. If you already have SOM shares then they will keep calling you with different excuses to steal more money from you. They assume you are a mug because they scammed you already.
