What ever happened to that "rule"? Or was it invented to target only one individual
Probably. Even if the rule had been about before the 'individual' in question was ever a member, why was it not enforced immediately?
It's funny how 'laws' and 'rules' can be overlooked if and when it suits, but on the other hand be used with ruthless implementation.
This happens at all levels, from a website to a local council, even the bloody UN.
