Could you provide me with an indicative range for the cost of a round-trip on the popular "Big 4" products ?
I'm sure fees vary depending on deal, relationship with clearer, whether group or individual, etc, etc, but I'm just looking to gauge "fair value" for the following:
EUREX: Bund, DAX, ESTX
LIFFE: Short Sterling, Gilt, Bor, FTSE
CBOT: Bonds
CME: Eurodollars, mini S&P
I'm assuming all quotes will be inclusive of exchange clearing. With LIFFE & EUREX it's straightforward since there's no distinction between a member and a non-member. Not so with the US - there are a lot of membership types & categories, so I'm further assuming CME traders fall under the European Incentive Program (EIP) and eCBOT guys will be non-members.
