Receive text alerts on FTSE levels

Hi,

I am looking for a service which will send me a text message when a certain level of the FTSE is hit. I need to be able to program these levels in.

I don't have any of the tools like Metatrader so I cannot get anything to generate Emails to SMS.

Is there a way of doing this ?
