Realtime FTSE100 Index - Yahoo / ADVFN

Does anyone know if ADVFN streamin intraday and Yahoo (using refresh!) are 'live' prices. They differ slightly but both seem to say they are realtime?

Don't know about Yahoo but ADVFNs streaming FTSE is delayed by 20mins (I think) unless you pay for realtime on one of their premium packages. I suspect Yahoo is the same - as for the difference between the 2 maybe one is 15 mins & the other 20 mins?

yahoo is realtime - but updated every 30-60 seconds....
dunno abt advfn.
