Real Time CL Data?

I'm looking for the best (and cheapest) source for live realtime CLZ7 data. This should include the order book and best bids/offers, and of course volume.

OpenTick / NinjaTrader doesn't seem to work.

Eu 35 per month plus Eu 45 for mini NYMEX or Eu for (big?) NYMEX. Don’t see any mention of level ii, though.
