Need advice regarding index LEAPS contracts.
I have a few thousand pounds to invest and have owned shares in the past.
Am now thinking it might be more in my interests to try leveraged investing using LEAPS for FTSE 100 or DAX.
How much should I pay per contract that is fair?
What is a reasonable beta/theta on a LEAP compared to a normal option.
Most importantly, If and when the LEAP appreciates to being above strike price, can/does the market maker buy back LEAPS that have hit strike price or must there always be a buyer as with shares.
