Providing trading results

I've been asked to provide my trading results to a hedge fund and would like to get members experience as which is the best way to proceed?

Is it expected to provide your mark to market results or your net profit trading results less any costs such as commission, financing etc?

Isn't there a way of having an accountant formally sign off your PnL as 'da truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth type of thing?

They want auditted brokerage statements and if you five them an equity graph from them it will be good.
