Sometime ago on BBC Radio 4 I listened to a special report on buy to let property on You and Yours. In the programme they interviewed a man who had developed his own successful buy to let property portfolio. He argued that you must always calculate rental return as a percentage of the investment and he only works in double figures (10%+). At that time most of his investing was in Scotland. They gave out details of this mans own website which I got at the time but since mislaid. If any body has his website details could they please pass them on to me. Thanks for your help.
