Hello,
I am a little in a legal issue here and would like some help. No risk, no worry. For tax reasons I will move my new investment / trading activities into my current software and consulting business. Makes things easier. I need to append the business I do with a description of that activity. I have the langauge issue that I do not speak the local language
Plus my accountant has zero idea what I actually plan to do Never heard of it.
Moving investment of own funds into the business would actually make it a prop firm of some sort.
How would one formulate this? I mean, do I write "Trading and investing in financial instruments and currencies"? Anyone knows how other such businesses describe that?
There are some pros here, so someone should be able to tell me what you guys write in the UK This is a good base for me to get it translated, then get it entered into my business "charter"
