Penny Shares Scams

I have had scammy experiences with Royal Petroleum and, recently, Geoandina (now ARC Holdings Group) similar to the previous posts here around 2009/10. Knobel Lynch and Cohan & Klein were/are involved in supposedly selling these worthless shares for $loads. It was relatively crude and relied on copying logos of government financial institutions and using slightly different names for them. On checking the addresses and searching for the employees you find the employees don't exist and offices are in a suspiciously residential areas or run down industrial neighborhood. Just a bit of checking can prevent getting conned. Now the technology is more sophisticated and potentially more difficult to be spot so be very careful.
