oops - german fat finger mistake

it seems that on monday 300 million euros were transferred from the german kfw to lehman brothers due to some technical error.

i just heard it on tv, the money is gone. i think this is the most expensive single "trading mistake" i ever heard of.

Not necessarily a trading mistake, could well be a software problem or ops staff screwing up.
