OANDA got FSA UK licence on 17 May 2011

OANDA, one of the largest US Forex brokers, has attained FSA UK registration on 17/05/2011.


OANDA follows a beaten track. FXCM, GFT, Forex.com and other major forex brokers has registered with FSA in order to offer better trading conditions to European clients. After The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform US rules are very restrictive in terms of leverage, hedging and capital requiremens.

OANDA is currently registered with NFA/CFTC in the US, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Dubai Financial Services Authority and Canadian IIROC.
