Nth formulas in excel

I'm completely oblivious to excel, but I want to try and calculate an nth formula in it. Does anybody know how to do this?

For example, using the formula n+(n/10), could i start with the number 100 and then run the forumla so it would look like:

100
110
121
133

etc.

sure, just do something like
100
a1*1.1

and then select the two of them, you'll see a little box down in the bottom right; just drag it down as far as you like.
