Notice Period/Pay

As many people know, when your employed as a trader and leave you rarely have to work your notice period. Well, ive found myself in some what of a problem. Ive left the firm and not been paid in full my leave though am still being held to my contract. Any advice for a young trader who is being bullied?

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Firstly you should contact your companies HR dept to discuss the issue, if they're not willing to help speak to the Citizens Advice Bureux, it's free and they'll more than likely be able to advise on what you need to say and how to say it to make the company realise you're taking this seriously.
