Is there a way of knowing or is there an indicator that tells you
accurately or near enough the day’s high and or low of a particular instrument , I trade the indices using MT4. All help welcome

It's totally impossible to predict the high and low of the day. Anyone that says they can is lying and probably trying to sell you some crap.
