Metatrader: deleting orders

I have moved a step closer to fuller automation.

Been testing automated opening orders and closing orders, etc.
My chart is now full of order lines.

How do I clear this down, and remove all orderlines, so I can retest my modifications?

Am testing on Alpari UK, MT4.

another hurdle:

I am getting "OrderSend function cannot be called from a custom indicator" error.
I get this when testing out the automating of placing of new order sequences.

What fundamental thing have I overlooked? I mean, the whole point of custom indicators is to automate this stuff!

In the editor select "Expert Advisor" instead of "Custom Indicator" when creating the file.
