Metal ores customary broker’s commission

I am interested to hear your view on what would be the customary broker’s commission, between the mine owner and the ores buyers;

If there are factors that influence the commission rate, I would appreciate that too.

• Is it different in the cases of base vs. precious metals ?
• If the ores underwent certain preliminary processes, does this impact the broker’s

commission rate ?
