Market Making Firms Similar to Optiver?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows of trading firms similar to Optiver, not prop-shop/ arcades but actually offer a competitive salary + commissions. More importantly firms with a good training program. Thanks!

Thanks! I was not aware of Mako and DRW. Are there others that you can think of? The positions all seem very competitive, so I'd like to increase my chances as much as possible.
