Minimal mock commission charges will be assessed to trading accounts for each round turn, so trader

Panthera,

I read through the website and it looks very interesting.

But the parts on the trading software fee wasn't really clear.

Do you have to pay $50 every time you enter a contest or is it a one-time fee when you register.

If you have to pay $50 every time you enter a one-day contest you would be better off just opening a small trading account and trading one contract in the miniDow. This way you might even lose less and by trading real money you get experience in trade management under pressure.

It looks interesting, but it's still just a fancy kind of papertrading :|

It is a license fee that must be paid for each contest. The objective is to create an environment for traders who want to limit their risk.

The cash payouts add an element on the upside that many traders find appealing, especially considering they have no downside once they pay the license fee.

Of course, it's not possible to replicate how a trader will respond to a losing trade when there's real money on the line.

But for many traders, the simulated environment works well for training purposes, or to test out new strategies.

There's no question that adding a payout to the top 7 finishers adds a new element to the typical trading environment.

There is another contest on Wednesday March 15th
