I would like to find out if there is any live chart programs out there or websites. I need charts that can be broken down to tick intervieal

if you by live charts mean real-time charts, then i would suggest downloading the trading platform from WHC. just google WHC Trader. they have a couple of stocks, major ones mostly

I like the VT Trader platform that CMSFX offers. It's for the FOREX so if that's what you're looking for the VT Trader is pretty good. They offer up a $50 USD Demo account. If you are new to the FOREX you should practice trading until you dream of charts.

Whether it's FOREX futures, or stocks you best learn what a price bar is.
