I frankly don't know, but to my knowledge it is not legal in China or India, the same goes for the land of the free, USA. I feel countries that do not allow SB, do this on grounds of protectionism, this in order to save their own gambling industry and to have complete control over tax revenues. I do believe SB is allowed in Canada, and most countries in Europe (at least the EU).
