Is that a good idea for an investment management software?

I was thinking to create an investment management software that can do various things like:

* backtesting technical and fundamental indicators over historical data:
* easily finding fundamental info for a stock (p/s, p/b, p/e...etc).
* calculating difficult quantitative measures (VaR, SABR volatility, black-derman-toy price...etc.)
* Create index of your portfolio and monitoring its price/beta and so on.
* calculate sortino ratio and other performance measures.

Basically, when I google it - I can't find about say 70% of the things that I am planning to program - so it should be logical that since something is needed and cannot be found for free - the next available option is to pay for it.
There are other problems that concern me though:
how to reach my customers? that is...what price of the software to set given that I will need to put a sufficient investment for facebook, google adwords?
If i use email marketing (well...spamming) will I ever reach someone who is interested in say sabr volaility or things like that?
should i sell it as exe or as SaS (subscription to online website...)?
will people be interested at all?

any advice? thanks!

Google Tradestation (easylanguage code) and Sharescope. I think they have most of that covered.
