1.Can somebody help me in understanding the BPY 1190118P00019740 options value?
2. What is the meaning of the first "1" in the option name.
3.As BPY stock current value 1s around 15.90 USD, is the option in "in the money" state?
4 if positive, how come the option value is less than 0.1 USD?

You need to contact your FX Options desk and get their actual FX Options Specification Sheet(s). And these should give you the precise definitions and terms for the FX Options syntax you described above.

If they don't support that - EXIT that dealer and change to an exchange-regulated customer-friendly FX Options dealer.
