As a newbie at trading the US stocks I am just looking for some advice. The US budget being proposed from the Whitehouse and needs to be agreed through congress (Could take a couple of weeks).
I am assuming this will make the US Stocks market very choppy, lot sof up and downs and hard to read. Does anybody have a strategy on how to play this? I still want to be active in the market but very wary that there will be an impact or am I wrong?
