IG -- "Cannot open position for risk controlled account"

Hi,
trying to open a position (stock) with IG Index the page refuses to open the position sating " cannot open a position on risk contolled accounts in this market"


As all their lines are busy and I have to pay to wait, calling from abroad.
Maybe someone could explain why they do this ( Stock is SQNM) and how long they from experience do not offer the market?

I'm not sure but maybe the reason is that by opening that position you would exceed the maximun risk limit allowed for such type of account.
