Is anyone using the combined IB+esignal trading interface as advertised on the esignal website?

I am currently trialling intraday packages (prorealtime & qcharts) and intend to have a look at esignal. A direct trade interface would be a big plus - if it works. However sometimes these things don't, and cause more problems than they solve, so any comments would be appreciated.
qcharts also advertises direct interfaces - but not with IB. If anyone has used these, please feel free to comment.
