Hello Traders

I have been approached by a company in Zurich called IAZ & Partners offering a share allocation in an American company called Total Apparel Group. I wondered if anyone would like to comment on either.

Your gonna get your ar3e handed to you on a plate

if you want to buy shares in total aperral group, why dont you just open an ISA account with a legitimate company and buy the shares?

Also dont you find it suspicious that THEY approached YOU? and not the other way around.

You're being setup Kenny by a bunch of thieves masquerading as stockbrokers.

Invest any money in them and IT WILL BE STOLEN FROM YOU.

You've been warned and well done for asking here first.

Want proof you're being setup?

Look on their website IAZ & Partners - Home Page and they say they've been in business for over a decade.

However, their website was first registered less than 6 weeks ago, strange don't you think and always a 100% sure sign that the company consists of low lifes.

Thank you for your replies. I have followed a long string on another forum about TAG (Total Apparel Group. TLAG.PKN) and a company called SWISS KEY EQUITY also 'based' in Zurich, and the conclusions are the same, and coincidently, Swiss Key went off air about 6 weeks ago. I have had my doubts from the beginning as IAZ have all the hallmarks of a boiler room operation, and needless to say they aren't FSA registered. They contacted me as a result of a 'trade alerts' weblink that I responded to. As I am new to investing I felt it would be in my interest to follow this through to learn more information and as an exercise in research and due diligence. I appreciate your input.

Regards

Yep, these 'firms' only have a shelf life of a few months before they change their name and start over again. Well, I say 'change' but that's not really the case before the name is made up and the firm never existed in the first place.

This is why if people fall for the bait (which is greed, thinking they can make big money quickly but are far too trusting and don't do their own independent research) they'll be asked to pay money to a different company from the one they think they're dealing with.

And only scammers and low life thiefs operate in this fashion.

I`ve been approached too by them nearly bought them too. Untill I read this post . Thanks a million .
ps. the tlag share price has now dropped to 8.5 cents . They were selling them at 10 cents

I have just been called by this lot as well! It seemed too good to be true, I am glad I decided to check this out before parting with any hard earned. Thanks All.

Last October, my Son, was contacted by IAZ, to purchase shares in A1 Technologies (AOTY.PK ) who had recently acquired Coolpass Inc. a Carbon Trading Licencing Company. They have a listed address at: Kuttelgasse 14, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. He invested a large amount of money which he cannot afford. I have done some checking to find out more about IAZ & Partners. (a) They do not operate out of the listed address in Switzerland, see above, (b) they (IAZ) are not regulated by the Swiss Financial Regulator to provide financial services or advice. My Son seems to be still involved in accepting their advice, hopefully this will make some of you think before you have any dealings with IAZ.

Is there any way to check if A1 Technologies Inc, Investors Register, to see if he, my Son, really is the benefical owner of the Shares, on the Certificate, that he shows me to "prove" he holds these shares.

Joe, sorry but it doesn't matter if he has a share cert or not as the company will pnly be a shell, ie it won't be making any money.

Sadly the money your son has paid to these scammers has been stolen from him and there's virtually nothing he can do about it as they're offshore in a location nobody knows.

Please get him to accept this, accept that he's been conned and whatever the people are saying to him on the other end of the phone are 100% lies. Also note that they now know he's desperate to get his money back or make some so they'll be trying it on again with him.

One again I'm sorry but make sure he learns a) not to trust people he doesn't properly check out especially cold calling strangers that offer easy money, and b) not to get involved in things (shares, the stockmarket) he doesn't understand.
