I want to start a prop trading firm

Hello Guys,

i want to start a prop trading firm. I´m from germany but i can register the company offshore. (UK? Ireland? Czech?)
I have severeal questions.

1. do i have to be regulated by some kind of party (like BaFin in germany)
2. is there a dashboard programm like at TopStepTrader that i could use (for trade reports etc.?
3. i want to manage all Traders with something. is there a software for that?


cash for trading is not a problem. Me and my partners have enough cash to fund enough traders.
