Problems/questions regarding intraday data via Quote.com :

1 When first loading a 5 min chart i only get data for that day, is
it possible to get some historical intraday data aswell ?
I don't expect too much historical data but would have
expected a few weeks or so.

2 Do you need to download the intraday data every day to keep
a complete record for each symbol or can you skip a few days
and it will back-fill the missing days ?

If you are using Tradestation then you cannot import Ascii (or text) files that have intra-day data as TS will only allow EOD data in Ascii format.

You will need to get something that can convert it to .xpo format first then it is OK.

I dont use HQuoute but if you have missing data from a few days back then once you have filled it then TS will not need to download it again.

If you are not using Tradestation then I apologise.

Hi Paul,
Yes it is TS2000i that i am using with Historycentre to convert the data to 'XPO' format.
