what resources do you have, what experience, what office space, hardware, software, capital do you have to possibly make this work?
How much revenue will you pull in, whats your contribution year 1, 2 3 etc
Because without this, what kind of trader would you be trying to attract? similarly what kind of investor would you be looking to attract.
