How to analyze gold fundamentally?

Hi:

I read some report but found they all care about the crisis which cannot be predicted in advance. So what factors drives the price significantly in mid and long term? And how to set a target price purely on fundamental analyze?

I got limited knowledge about gold and hope u recommend good book or report source.

It is hard to analyze the gold on the fundamental aspect, mainly because there are not official reports about the gold's inventories (unlike the oil for example). The demand for gold was dramatically increased by the semi-conductors industries and the estimations are that the demands will continue to grow.

When real interest rates turn positive, I will be selling my Gold.

This is what predominantly drives the Gold price medium-long term imo.
