Have you guys got a checklist for finding the right broker ?

I'm considering Tickmill.

Also what platform is better ? MT4 or MT5.

Many Thanks

Totally depends on your needs.. you got more financial products with MT5 but I personally prefer MT4.

I found some really good brokers via "Engineforex" - they review brokers and give you a decent run down and comparison on all features. My personal fav broker is IC Markets as they have great spreads and ultra-fast execution.

Hope that helps - Cheers!

My checklist:

1. Regulated and licensed with a reputable authority
2. Client funds segregation
3. Good client feedback and reviews on service quality

Spread, server reliability, payment options, etc., are all secondary considerations.

MT4 is more widely supported.

Have been with IC Markets for several years myself, and agree...good broker!

give them some money then ask for it back in 5 years time

if they are not there then they are a bad broker

Tickmill are ok ...i have some trader friends who are happy with them

MT4 is much more widespread still and popular than Mt5

Picking the privilege online financier descends to your needs. A few financial specialists will pay higher exchange commissions for a best in class stage; others check costs to the exclusion of everything else. Settling on the best alternative for you implies measuring the accompanying elements, which differ from intermediary to representative.

Tickmill is really good I trade with them majors, and cryptocurrencies. I love MT4 despite it obsolete design, can't get used to MT5. I've been also with Нotforex trying news trading on their fixed spread account and despite erratic performance I'm on the profit side currently.
