How do i get Historical T&S/ Time and Sales data??

Im looking to find the cheapest and most reliable way to see Historical T&S of the past 30 days. Preferably choosing a stock and then getting a list of all the buys/sells and the sizes of them in the past 30 days. INTRADAY
