The Four Financial Statements
Businesses report information in the form of financial statements issued on a periodic basis. GAAP requires the following four financial statements:
* Balance Sheet - statement of financial position at a given point in time.
* Income Statement - revenues minus expenses for a given time period ending at a specified date.
* Statement of Cash Flows - summarizes sources and uses of cash; indicates whether enough cash is available to carry on routine operations.
* Statement of Owner's Equity - also known as Statement of Retained Earnings or Equity Statement.

on the web such as: yahoo finance\zack,we can only get
* Income Statement
* Balance Sheet
* Cash Flow
how can i freely get the Statement of Owner's Equity via some web?

thinks , i get data on sec edgar web.
but i want to konw if i can get free finance database?

I think you'll find it's contained within the SEC announcements as part of the regular reports

it is not convenient to use ,if i can use database , database can make work better.

i am in china,want to invest in usa stock.
i create my stock valuation this way
1.download 10-k/10-q report from sec edgar.
2.write programm to prase financial data into database(i create myself in mysql)
3.valuation
the problem is that download speed is too slow,only 5kb/s,it's painful for me to get company financial report,i want to buy a usa vpn which located in usa,would you mind to tell me what speed when you dowload from edgar,if the sec edgar control download speed,i will not buy vpn.

it is expensive to get good financial data ,yahoo finance have no Statement of Owner's Equity,it is most important for people to valuate company's price.
i have to do myself,to prase data from 10-k report.in order to do that ,i have learnt computer language to code for one year.

The reason it is expensive is because the demand for such information is low and the costs to process are high. Reuters, Bloomberg, Zacks, Morningstar etc. make a business out of doing this type of thing and have teams of dozens of people to interpret the financial statements (eg. to strip out abnormal items etc.)
