Hostorical yield data on any asset class.

Hi guys. I'm looking for historical data on total yield/total return on any and all assets from single stocks, indices, spot commods/fx, bonds anything and everything really.
Is there a place where I can input a ticker and date range and get back a total yield? Anywhere that publishes long term or rolling averages?
