I have it and it is a good book. Straight forward. You are buying setups, a little money management, and some history of Cooper. Is it worth $200 - probably if you are looking for setups and are the type of trader who can trade these setups. He is a discreationary trader. He doesn't buy every setup that meets his criteria and sells when he thinks he has all he can get. There are day trades and swing trade (5 day) setups. It isn't magic - just one pro willing to share what he knows for a few bucks.
You can get a free trial at www.realmoney.com to get a general idea of what he is about. I learned a lot of Gannish stuff from him (not part of the book). He determines the direction of the market and trades long or short based on that reading.
